Congratulations and thank you for your interest in having me photograph your newborn baby! I'm so honored that you're considering me to capture such a memorable event for you and your family.
This site includes all the information you're likely wondering about regarding my collections and pricing.
I offer two types of newborn sessions:
• posed studio session in Point Pleasant, NJ
• lifestyle session in your home (relaxed, no studio poses)
All my collections include an album, wall art, and the corresponding digital files of the images you choose for your precious heirlooms.
STUDIO SESSIONS
Studio sessions take place in Wall, NJ can include sibling photos and family photos in addition to individual photos of baby. Sessions must be done within 2-3 weeks of baby's birth. If baby is older than three weeks, please book a lifestyle session.
LIFESTYLE SESSIONS
Lifestyle sessions take place in your home with natural light available in finished nursery, master bedroom and/or living room. Parents must be included in a lifestyle session as these sessions focus on interactions with baby and do not include use of props. If your home does not get good natural light or you would like posed photos of baby with props please book a studio session.
Newborn sessions take place within the first 2-3 weeks of birth while your baby is still in the adorable sleepy and curly stage that you see in my newborn images. For this reason, it's important to book your session 2-3 months before your due date in order to reserve a spot during the recommended timeframe. I occasionally have last-minute openings so if your baby is already here, don't be afraid to reach out to see if I can still accommodate you.
when should I book?
All collections include a Reveal & Ordering appointment so that you can see your images and help you with your album design and wall art collections, too. We specialize in creating the cherished heirlooms you will pass onto future generations some day and can't wait to create something unique for you!
How will our images be delivered?
All collections include archival files of purchased images (sized for printing 8x10 or smaller). Orders for larger prints and canvases are placed during your Reveal & Ordering appointment.
WILL WE will we be able to print OUR IMAGES on our own?
Booking a session guarantees a spot in my calendar within the first 2-3 weeks of the baby's life. Once the baby is here, I'll ask that you contact me within the first 2-3 days of the baby's birth in order to schedule your newborn session.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE IF MY BABY ISN'T HERE YET?
I will send you a newborn prep guide full of tips to ensure a successful newborn session. Additionally, I will be available to answer all your questions along the way.
WHAT CAN I DO TO PREPARE FOR THE SESSION?
Maternity sessions are best done around week 32-34 of your pregnancy after your belly has popped but before you start to get too uncomfortable. Please book once you reach 20 weeks.
WHEN SHOULD I DO MY MATERNITY SESSION?
Popular locations for maternity sessions include:
• Parks & Gardens: Divine Park in Spring Lake, Allaire State Park in Wall
• Beaches: Manasquan, Spring Lake, Sea Girt
