One of my favorite parts of being a wedding *and* newborn photographer is when I get to to see one of my couples again as they become parents to a sweet baby. I photographed Ashley and Johnny’s wedding a few years ago and I was ecstatic when they reached out to book a newborn session.

Sweet baby girl Sonia was born last April at sunrise. She measured just a couple of ounces lighter than my Olivia at birth! Sonia and her proud parents came to see me when Sonia was just eight days old and she was such a sleepy little peanut. I loved working with her and seeing her parents step into the role of parents like pros. This is one happy family! I have loved following along on this family’s adventures on Instagram and cannot wait to continue to see her grow up. See how beautiful she is in the images below:
