Gabriela and John came to my studio at 25 weeks into Gabriela’s pregnancy for this adorable session. They wanted to have a pregnancy photo shoot to officially announce their pregnancy to friends and family and I thought it was the cutest idea! Gabriela had that beautiful pregnancy GLOW that just makes you so excited for soon-to-be mommies and daddies! Gabriela looked beautiful and her baby bump was just adorable. I loved discovering that Gabriela and John had found me thanks to one of our former brides and grooms whose wedding we captured three years ago. It was a great reminder of how you just never know how, when, and where your next clients will find you!

But more importantly, I loved seeing how excited Gabriela and John were to have these images captured for them. These two are just so happy to welcome their new baby and it shows as soon as they start talking about their tiny peanut. It’s so fun to think about how some day, the little baby in that ultrasound and belly is going to see these images and be amazed at how small he or she once was. And when that child grows up, I think this collection of images will be one of their most valuable possessions. I truly have the best job – getting to document so many amazing moments in people’s lives has a way of filling my heart like nothing else can. Mushy, but true!

Gabriela and John, congratulations again on your pregnancy! May your future son or daughter always know how welcome they always were thanks to all the love you both share. I can’t wait to follow along on this amazing journey of yours!
